Increase your meat yield, speed up carving and your pig looks great to the end. Yield over 100lb of cooked meat from your pig and fill over 300 buns from one delicious roast. The pig is boned and stuffed with seasoned New York Shoulder, clamps inserted to hold the roast in place. Roast at a medium heat for 1 hour per 12/15lb.
